Since 2003, we have been working tirelessly to address challenges related to poverty, HIV/AIDS, illiteracy, domestic violence, and climate change in the Teso Sub-region of Eastern Uganda.

Born and raised from the heart of Teso sub region in Eastern Uganda, I stand with communities who choose to rise above poverty and degradation to rebuild lives with dignity. As Executive Director OIDA, I am inspired by the strength of our people men and women doing extra ordinary things for their families and the land that they love. OIDA is more than an organization; it is a movement of hope, courage and renewal. Every woman Empowered, every tree planted and every young person trained reflects our belief that true change begins from within. OIDA exists to restore confidence, unity, love and opportunity. Together we are proving that when communities take charge of their own development, transformation is not just impossible but unstoppable!
Empowering women and transforming communities through practical, people-cantered development is what I believe brings about true change which begins when communities are equipped and included in shaping their own future. Guided by true values of integrity, compassion, and faith, I work to ensure that every OIDA program uplifts lives, promotes resilience, and reflects our shared commitment to love, transparency, and lasting impact.
